X• Academy is owned and operated by Randy & Rochelle White. We purchased the Noodle Baptist Church in the Fall of 2021 and converted it into a schoolhouse where we homeschool our 6 children. Our doors are open to other families and students who are looking for a place to gather together, share ideas, and build an environment of inclusiveness and encouragement.
We work hard to keep as many of our youth program for students and families free through our own private ventures as well as the incredible gifts and support from sponsors.
Randy & Rochelle White
Founders
The vision for X• Academy is to provide Real World Learning, Entrepreneurship, and extra curricular activities to our community for little to no cost. We want to create an inclusive environment where excellence in education, business development, and athletics for youth are not gate kept by the high costs that can be associated with each. We are only able to do this through a few of our own private venture’s, such as Noodle’s Kitchen, combined with the incredible generosity of local sponsors who help make it financially possible to offer these classes and events for free or low cost to anyone who wants to participate.
X• Academy is located in Noodle Texas inside the former Noodle Baptist Church. We have remodeled the church into a co-schooling space that now offers a large co-working area, several small classrooms, and free wi-fi.
X• Academy is also home to Noodle’s Kitchen, a small soup, salad, and sandwich shop that also offers bakery items and coffee.
We are currently working on a few additions to our facility, which ail includes a 320′ x 320′ artificial turf field for baseball, softball, soccer, an outdoor patio space, and more.
X• Academy currently offers dance classes to youth on Monday evenings that offers both a spring and fall semester. Each semester offers 2 recitals that are held at our facility.
Also in the works is the current development of a 320’x320′ artificial turf field. Our intentions are to put together a few homeschool sports teams to compete against other local schools as well as in the large State of Texas homeschool tournaments in baseball, softball, soccer, and more.
X• Academy has a vision of being able to offer first class educational experiences, entrepreneurial opportunities, and athletic pursuits to the community free of charge. The financial challenges that life can present should not be a barrier to youth being able to enjoy and excel in academics, business ventures, and sports. We are only able to provide these opportunities through the development of partnerships with sponsors, individuals, and volunteers from our community.
We love to partner with local companies who are looking to make goodwill connections between their brands and local families and youth in a more meaningful and impactful way.
If you, or someone you know is interested in sponsorship, please contact Randy at 325-725-7702.

- The Pitch Deck

At noon, on the last Wednesday of each month(beginning in February of 2023), X• Academy will be hosting our brand new program called “The Pitch Deck”. Designed for both Students and Adults to help encourage and build the entrepreneurial spirit in our community.
Each Pitch Deck lasts 1 hour and consists of up to 3 twenty minute presentations. These presentations are made by current and hopeful entrepreneurs seeking feedback and validity for their plans and ideas. Each presenter will make a 5 – 7 minute quick pitch of their business followed by a 10 to 15 minute Q&A session with the audience.
Attend
Join the audience for a Pitch Deck and hear from the aspiring business owners about their ideas. The value of this setting comes from your participation, listen to their plans and offer feedback and suggestions that may help them along their path.

FAQs
Why are the classes only 3 weeks long?
Our goal with our Learn IRL classes is to introduce Students to as many different subjects as possible so they can have a variety of experiences and information to draw from as they grow and embark on life’s journey.
Who are the classes for?
The classses are designed for grades 6 – 12. Parents are invited to observe the classes, although participation is limited to ensure space enough for the students to fully engage with the instructors.
Can I Teach?
Yes!! Please! & Thank you! We are always looking for experts in a wide variety of fields, if you have a subject that you are passionate about and think the kids would benefit from your knowledge and experience, please let us know.
Anyone who does want to teach must first complete a background check.
What Subjects Are Covered?
If it is a skill, knowledge, or information that is real life applicable and beneficial for the students to learn, it could be a class.
How do you decide what classes are being offered?
Students and Teachers both submit classes that they would love to learn about, and/or teach.
Classes are then determined by using the list of submitted options, combined with ranked choice voting by the students who vote for the subjects they want to learn the most, and what experts and instructors are available for those subjects.
What Happens If I Miss a Week?
No Problem! Come when you can! However, participation in the hands on activities may or may not be limited based on the guidance of the expert for that particular subject.
What supplies do I need to bring?
As a general rule, it’s always a good idea to bring a pencil, notebook, and/or laptop if you have one. Students will be made aware of any other supplies needed for specific upcoming classes at least one week in advance.
